LOCAL PROJECTS
On this page you will find local projects of Community-Interest that are being actioned, developed or proposed by all types of C.O.G.S. These can range from small, group-led to large, commercial ones that are intending to have a bigger effect on the local area.
Please note that we are listing these projects for the purposes of public information and interest, and not to specifically show that we are endorsing or supporting any of these projects (unless otherwise stated, or are directly involved in their development processes). This is also regardless of what positions, opinions, support or oppositions etc. other people &/ other C.O.G.S. that are associated with PCN may have about them either.
It is entirely up to you what you think of these projects and how you choose to support or oppose them (or change your mind about them at any point).
Page Development Notes: This page to be refined for the above & below.
Timeline of Development: Ad Hoc
THIS SECTION IS IN RAW FORMAT and will be updated in design, layout & content during the overall website development. some information may therefore be inaccurate &/ subject to change.
The Following are a list of local projects (either in-development &/ proposed) that are looking to make a change within the area. Note, this is regardless of their popularity of support as it is as important that people know about them so they can form their own opinions and support for/opposition to. The PCN will not act as champions in that regard where they are not directly involved with the creation &/ development of these OR the positions and considerations of those involved in the PCN project itself &/ any organisations, groups etc. that they happen to be involved with AND THEIR positions on the projects.]
The following is a list of projects & initiatives that have been proposed for the community of Penarth. Please note, the PCN is not necessarily supporting or endorsing them, but are listing all here to allow people to be aware of them and form their own opinions towards supporting &/ opposition to.
Where any of these projects are being proposed &/ championed by associated C.O.G.S. and the individuals involved are to be considered independent of that of the PCN and its developers (regardless of whether they themselves are a part of the above organisations etc.), though if the PCN is in support of these (either itself, or through these organisations) will be stated.
Where applicable the C.O.G.S. proposing/developing the project have been listed. Where left blank this may be because the have not got a specific developer (and would likely need a specialist one in that area to help take the lead). If listed as [Independent] this is where the project has got someone working on a pre-development plan/proposition for it, but they are not yet at the stage to put out any formal/public information about it. (We also will not promote what those plans will be or who is involved, or state whether there would be any viability of them being possible while this is occuring).
